This leading Publishers is looking for a CRM Manager with a background in media/publishing and a strong proficiency in data analytics to lead the CRM data subscription retention. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in data-driven marketing to optimize customer engagement and drive subscription retention.
You will be working with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer experiences based on data insights. Manage customer segmentation strategies to deliver tailored messaging and optimize engagement across digital and traditional media channels.
The team are currently using Piano analytics platform to optimize subscription features and increase customer retention and loyalty.
