This fantastic CRM agency are looking for an account manager to join their team who also has fantastic project management skills, in this role you will be responsible for managing multiple clients and their corresponding projects,
Responsibilities-
– initiate projects by collaborating with clients to assess their viability, establish budgets, allocate resources and coordinate with agency team leaders
– Effectively prioritizing project deliveries to guarantee client satisfaction and streamlined agency workflow
– Developing comprehensive plans to meet client requirements, encompassing goal setting, role definition and task scheduling using project management tools like Asana
– Transforming client briefs into detailed project plans
– Ensuring that project deliveries align with client expectations and maintain a high level of quality
– Swift and accurate implementation of client feedback
– Consistently delivering projects on time and within agreed-upon budgets
Experience-
– Working on digital and CRM projects
– Experience working within a design, advertising or digital marketing agency
– A strong willingness to stay informed about industry trends and contribute creative ideas
– While not essential, familiarity with HTML, ESP and CRM tools is considered a valuable bonus
