The purpose 

The mission of the UX team is to understand and champion the needs of the user & to be the voice of our user to the wider business. Working closely with teams from across the business to understand their needs & ensure we balance these with the needs of our users.

What you’ll be doing 

UI/UX Designer is a varied role working on multiple projects. Working closely with a wide range of colleagues.

The right person 

• Real passion for user-centred design.
• Strong UI skills that can be demonstrated through a portfolio or work examples 
• Advanced experience using Sketch & knowledge of Figma. 
• You have real-world experience working with stakeholders /Developers /Product Owners
• You have a meticulous attention to detail. 
• You are an excellent problem-solver and creative thinker. 
• You are a team player with great communication skills.
