Our client, a brand experience agency, is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Account Manager to join their industry-led teams!

Are you a talented and experienced Account Manager, looking for a new role for the next step in your career?

As Account manager your responsibilities will be:

• Managing key client relationships.
• Work hard to improve client satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with account budgets, as well as create new budgets.
• Have a strong overview of your accounts.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and commercial management.
• Represent the client services department internally.
• All processes are completed to the highest standards.
• Build teams based on client requirements.
• Brief team members on their roles and responsibilities.
• Write briefs, presentations, and proposals, assist on pitches, and help win new business.

Key skills you will need to have experience in:

• Previous experience in an agency, pitching role.
• Reliable and trusted member of the client services team.
• Experience using word, excel and teams.
• Mac user.
• Good communications skills.
• Excellent written and presentation ability.
• Complete tasks at expected quality.
• Able to work on multiple projects and priorities workload.
• Great at time keeping and time managing.
• Strong account management experience.
