Project Manager – Kent Based – Digital, Integrated, Print, Creative, Design Permanent

Kent based creative design agency, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis with a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating and delivering client projects to the highest standard, while maintaining an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Operations to maintain strong client relationships
• Facilitate clear and timely communication with clients and internal teams regarding project requirements and deliverables
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop detailed project timelines and track progress using project management software
• Act as the central point of communication for all project delivery, ensuring detailed knowledge of ongoing projects, team workloads, and potential scheduling conflicts
• Lead the allocation of work to the agency’s development team and manage individual and team performance to optimize productivity
• Hold regular project meetings to ensure clear understanding of workloads, deadlines, and overall agency activity
• Liaise with clients to manage project expectations and keep them informed of project status

Qualifications

• Strong project management and leadership skills with an ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good knowledge of project management in a creative, design, or web development environment
• Practical experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Scoro, Jira)
• Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to provide insightful feedback
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on engaging colleagues and clients

Day-to-day

• Liaise closely with other Project Managers for support and workload allocation
• Maintain an overview of the agency’s project portfolio and cover for team members when necessary
• Ensure accurate gathering of business data and maintain key performance indicators
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations and Finance to ensure up-to-date financial information and invoicing
