Experience Design Director Permanent

As the Experience Design Director, you will be involved in the direction and leadership to the Design team to ensure that the team performs at a high level and empowering them to solve problems and create new and creative customer experiences across a wide range of clients.

In this role you will be a hands-on and responsible for leading and creating top (UX) user experiences.

You will:

• Proactive Experience Design leader, able to motivate and inspire teams
• Be an effective and passionate manager and able to mentor to a team of experience designers.
• Plan, direct and develop CX, UX, and Service Design activities, This includes:
• Interview planning and facilitation
• Workshop planning and facilitation
• Journey and experience mapping
• Ecosystem mapping
• Experience strategy and vision
• Idea, concept and proposition development
• Co-creating sessions
• User flows and journeys
• Information architecture
• Wireframing
• Interactive design
• Prototyping
• Documentation
