My client is a fantastic agency who are looking for an Account Manager to join their team to work on site, Hybrid working (3 days a week in their London office), to work with their Charity and Pet brand clients!
Being the day-to-day lead on your specific projects
Interpreting, challenging and questioning (where necessary) client briefs
Ensuring client feedback is understood
Great attention to detail, understanding of digital, press, radio, CRM, OOH and TV production, process orientated
Ensuring line managers are involved where necessary and kept up to speed
Ensure all projects are thoroughly costed against budget and communicated to the client
Manage client expectations in relation to project timelines, objectives, and budgets.
Good knowledge of project management and how to deliver TLL comms (e.g. digital, print, CRM)
